In the past few weeks there has been much information regarding the unfortunate deaths of pets and the connection to the pet foods they consumed. The common ingredient in these foods was wheat gluten manufactured in China. Wheat gluten is a protein rich meat substitute. We at Petworth do not use any wheat gluten in any of our dry food and do not receive any of our products from outside the United States. Recently, our manufacturer was inspected by the FDA and was given a clean bill of health on all products.
